The key is ensuring your post-rebirth recovery period is shorter than the time you'd spend continuing without rebirthing. The Strawberry trait provides an 8x multiplier — the highest in the game. It only appears during the Strawberry Event (typically April). Paint (6x), Concert (5x), Glitched (5x), and Zombie (5x) are the next best. During Admin Abuse 20x luck events, the Cursed Secret Lucky Block becomes mathematically profitable due to the guaranteed 9x Cursed Mutation.

The Rainbow Base is unlocked by collecting 40 specific genetic mutations through the mutation system. You obtain mutations from Lucky Blocks, Admin Abuse events, the Witch Fuse Cauldron (October Frightrot), and Santa's Fuse Machine (Winter Gingerbread Town). This is by design. Rebirthing wipes your entire base, including all deployed brainrots. Choose your rebirth timing carefully — ideally when your base is not being raided. The sacrifice brainrots listed in the rebirth table are also permanently deleted (not returned). Plan accordingly and deploy your most valuable brainrots on Floor 2 or Floor 3 (accessible at Rebirth 2 and Rebirth 10) for maximum protection.
